How to show that Renault has been refurbishing cars since 1959 ?
Precise attention was placed by the director on wardrobe, location and production design, to create a genuine Parisian Nouvelle Vague era : the city of Praha was entirely redecorated to resemble an early-60s Paris. Narration was carefully crafted to integrate the newer refurbished Renault cars in a vintage setup, with a slight touch of modernity.
