Description

In this film we follow our heroine as she leaves the office and her everyday life behind. We cut to her experiencing a Wednesday night like no other – the night of the week when the Royal Naval Reserve meets. We then cut hard into a series of visceral and dramatic sequences that demonstrate the breadth of activities on offer in the Royal Naval Reserve, from Sea Survival to Fire Fighting, Underwater Helicopter Escape to Helicopter Flight – everything the everyday does not offer.

As our heroine, cast from real life, faces these challenges, we feel the range of emotions she experiences and the strength of the bonds she forms with her counterparts. At the end of the film we see our heroine return back to her everyday from her Royal Naval Reserve training night. The film ends with the new campaign end line: ‘Don’t do the everyday, every day’.
