Execution

We partnered with Tide to produce a series of seven scary-good Vines, each starring the iconic orange packaging, and urged fans to join the conversation at #ScaredStainless on Vine, Facebook, and Twitter.

We took iconic scenes from classic horror films like Carrie and The Shining, and gave Tide the leading role.

Stains never stood a chance.

Outcome

The Vines were a social success, with over 7.9 million impressions on Twitter alone—and Unruly Media ranked them as five of the top 20 most shared Vine and Instagram brand videos for Halloween. The Vines got love from Business Insider, Adweek, and other media outlets, and in an Adweek poll for best Shining Vine Tide bested social media darling Oreo.
