We see a young woman sitting and waiting at the train station. A close up to the clock makes us feel as if the train is going to leave soon. Suddenly a young man appears and he pushes his way between the crowds to reach the woman. When their eyes meet, there is a long pause and the expectation builds up. They draw close to each other and stand face-to-face, the audience anticipates a passionate romantic kiss; however the man lands a bunch of brief kisses on her face. At this point, we asked the viewers to share their possible ending via Twitter using #ithinkafterwards hashtag.

At the final scene, the viewers were expecting a long passionate kiss but instead we surprised them with short but equally passionate kisses.

Short films are not bound by rules; they are free. To take advantage of this freedom, we invited cinephiles to become part of the script-writing process via their tweets. The jury chose the tweet sent by @ecearas. With this ending, we challenged cinema and reality concepts and drew attention to how alienated actors can be in real life despite the passionate kisses they might share on camera.
