First mobile (Pierwsza komórka) in Polish sounds similar to First Communion (Pierwsza Komunia), which makes the spot even funnier. The goal of the commercial was to suggest the audience pre-paid mobile (Simplus brand) as A good idea for a gift for this ocassion.
