Since there’s little to no editing in the spots, the performance needed to be nailed in one take. And rather than rely on effects, we searched for a talent that could deliver the performance genuinely. They needed to deliver incredible comedic timing and be able to deliver a spot designed to be somewhat frustrating, but still leave consumers smiling at the end. Finally, we needed the voice to feel likable for people to remain focused despite the length of the spots and that was no small feat.
