A young girl dreams of experiencing snow for the first time. She is absolutely obsessed with the idea and her entire life revolves around the notion that she will soon experience it. Sadly she lives in a part of the world where it's not likely to ever snow.

She does not realise this, but her grandparents do. But being the loving grandparents that they are, they are determined to make her dreams come true. And thanks to a generous helping of Cerebos salt, and some ingenuity, they do just that.
