Description
The purpose of the banner was to drive the software / developer community to become IBM eCerfified. Knowing that they appreciate technology we used this technique to capture their attention and also convey out message very simply. Objectives: Our overall objective was to brand eCertification and drive the software / developer community to the site to register. We also used a compelling offer for a complimentry tutorial CD. The compelling feature of this banner is that the banner detects your mouse movements and reacts to where you are on the PAGE. The headline intrigues the user pulling them into the banner, and as you move closer to the banner with your mouse, the banner scrolls down to reveal the pay-off including the offer. At that point, the user can also continue interacting with the advertisment. Target Groups: software developers.
