We open with a VO that states the fact that DIRECTV has been number one in customer satisfaction over cable for 17 years running. But for some reason, some people still like cable. Just like some people like the most painful, maddening, and uncomfortable things in life. We quickly cycle through several vignettes of these odd folks, before concluding that, for everyone else, there’s DIRECTV.
