Execution

A tournament series called “3o3 – Only The Strongest Survive”. The launch event took place in an abandoned car park in downtown Munich, with a turf lawn in the centre and spiral ramps for terraces. 30 teams were able to sign in for the first 3o3 and could design their own jerseys. The matches were all played at night – with a knockout system, 3 against 3 until only one team was left standing – the strongest in the city.

Outcome

The 3o3 tournament series created a strong brand connection between Nike Football and the German Football community. Not just with the players and visitors at the Munich event, but also with Nike Football’s German Facebook community (the activation of teams as well as communication and coverage was done via Facebook).
