Bennett holidays have most of their stores in smaller Norwegian towns, and this was a local campaign in a town called drammen. The client has received positive feedback from its clients and have experienced increased interest in its tours to St. Petersburg. The client reports a 20% response on the campaign, a number they are very happy about, given the fact that the campaign consists of these "letters" only. No other support, no sales activities, no telemarketing.
