Description
We created a real game show called Start Monday. In a world where young people make every decision based on fun value, Start Monday was a fun way of getting selected. For this show, everything was designed with the agency’s corporate identity: TBWA backslash. We asked prospective interns specific questions about advertising. Every correct answer increased their chance of getting the internship. The questions were posted on the agency’s social media accounts as content.
Execution

Outcome
Start Monday gained thousands of views and shares on social media. It has made it to the news on many magazines and news channels. It also created PR for the TBWA brand in the industry. TBWA Istanbul received the highest number of internship applications in its history.
