The attractive of Tofu are “whiteness” and “clear”. I expressed them the mark simply and created many different items. I also wrapped “tofu” in a traditional Japanese package “furoshiki” which is known a package of ecology. I expressed with designs that how amazing Tofu is and how much care Japanese takes in the environment.
The concept of product is “Super normal tofu” because compliment for Japanese is “Super normal”. This design aim to be one of communication tool that why I designed it. It means Japanese aesthetic Wabisabi which is “simpleness” of lifestyle for Japanese.
It was taken up in the media by this Blanding, and recognition improved.
