In January and February 2005, the SNCF addressed the professional population with the aim of convincing them of the merits in using TGV additionnal services (motorbike taxi, taxi order, hotel order, meeting room order and car rental) for their business trips.An interactive banner invited web users to help Leon to organise his business trip through a game. Users soon discovered the difficulties, and then used TGV.com services to help Leon.
