Description
We count on each and everyone’s ideas to make our vision of a creative agency reality. This way of thinking and DDB Tribal’s corporate motives, such as the four freedoms, Bill Bernbach’s legacy and our strive towards exploring new ways in communication, marketing and innovation should be elevated from a manifesto to everyday reality for the new employee.
Execution
As part of a bigger onboarding process we give every new employee, regardless of their position in the agency, a sketchbook that can be used to write, scribble, paint, draw, calculate, plan, conceptualize, execute and rethink ideas during usual day-to-day business.
Between the empty pages, we lay out everything DDB Tribal stands for and let the new employees interact with the content.
Outcome
The new employees seem to like it. Some of them even instagrammed pages from the book on their private accounts. Furthermore none of them quit, since the first books were delivered this summer. Which can’t be too bad either, right?
