We created a fake trailer to surprise and show the audience that going to the “Theatre de la Bastille” can be much more unexpected than the clichéd romantic comedies.
This commercial was broadcast in movie theatres during the trailers.
Outcome
People laughed. It broke the elitist image of contemporary performances of the “Theatre de la Bastille”.
Subscriptions went up 40% for the new programming from January to March.
