We were invited to set a theme for the Janssen Corporate conference. Our film was to be an integral part of that. Within the film we set out to make the employees believe that they are at the centre of the new Janssen philosophy - which is to be the most respected pharma company in ANZ for positive patient outcomes. The future was really in the hands of the employees and we needed to create a film around this, with very limited budget. We decided right from the start that music would play an integral part to this as we needed to forge an emotional connection. We wanted to have a tone that was both motivating, but gentle, positive and affirming. So we set up our positioning and asked people what they wanted to build for the future. The answers came back, and we used the gaols in the film, adopting a simple building brick approach, building icons to represent the goals. The song we created hinged on one clear fact for the Janssen employees "The future starts with you." The song was part of the film, and also played throughout the conference.
