Description
Traditional recruitment campaigns cast a wide net. But we wanted to only target the most curious tech minded people.
Execution
We hid our recruitment ad where only the most curious “tech geeks” would look; deep inside the source code of our newly launched website.
Outcome
We got zero millions of page views, zero Facebook likes, zero blog posts, zero celebrities tweeting. But we did also get 32 highly qualified applicants and one new colleague.
