The Golden Challenge.
"Break my record and I will buy you a beer".
To celebrate the International Beer Day and the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, the longest Olympic record holder, Bob Beamon, set a challenge to male long jumpers to break his 48-year record.
Execution
On the two weeks of the Olympic Games, all kinds of news and topics about the theme came up.
So, we saw an opportunity to be different, since the International Beer Day happened to be on the same day of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.
Precisely one week before the Long Jump Finals.
So it was the perfect moment to launch the challenge and spread it around the world.

Outcome
The goal was achieved: in just one day people were talking about it, connecting beer and the Olympics with a little help from the media.
