Description

The North Face is a well-known outdoor gear company, with the slogan "Never Stop Exploring."In line with this, the company wanted to create interaction between them and their customers at point of purchase.

Execution

Clear plastic boxes printed with 'The North Face' were filled with red mapping pins to make the entire package look like The North Face logo. A Philippine map was inserted, pre-marked with adventure destinations.To give them that extra push to use The North Face when they go mountaineering or on adventure treks, a one-time 20% discount voucher was included in the kit. The discount was redeemable at R.O.X., the biggest official North Face outlet in Manila, Philippines.

Outcome

Since posting in stores, foot-traffic has increased with 20% of customers spending at least one minute looking at the poster art (of which many wanted to buy them). In fact, the posters' popularity has inspired the client to look into applying the same designs as t-shirts, murals and more.
