Background
South America is a beautiful region that today, suffers the same problem as the whole world: while tourists leave, their garbage remains.
Idea
We made souvenirs out of plastic residues collected from touristic places and now, in every LATAM flight held in South America, our passengers are taking back home their trash with a smile on their faces.
Strategy

We made souvenirs out of plastic residues collected from touristic places and now our passengers are taking back home their trash with a simle on their faces. Not only a nice memory from their vacations, but also a reminder to become better tourists.
Execution
Souvenirs made out of tourism-generated trash that our passengers are taking back home from every destination they visit with us.
The souvenirs are inspired in local animals that are endangered by pollution and trash, transforming them in a media to create awareness about a more conscious way of visiting places.
Outcome
This campaign helped us deliver our sustainability promise to the world, increasing traffic to our corporate site and boosting conversations in social media around this topic.
On the other hand, today our passengers are doing something that they didn't do before: they are taking trash from touristic destinations they visit, back home.
