To give the idea of safety to the audience, we covered the steps of shopping malls with a protective layer resembling a Michelin tyre. This allowed us to combine both the product's benefit and creative concept in an effective way. It was basically saying that Michelin would never let you fall.
Outcome
The response was great, but hardly measurable.No one fell down.
And everybody was smiling to Bibendum....
