Execution
In November 2005 Pirelli launches Pirellifilm. The launch is announced during the 2005 Pirelli Calendar press-event in Paris. At the same time 2 major events bring worldwide focus on the brand: the start of Pirellifilm website and sponsorship of Inter FC shirt. The 23rd of March, the Premiere event unleashes all the brand horse-power: trailers sent via MMS, megaposters in the big cities, trailers at cinemas worldwide, premiere event in a deconsacrated church in Rome, movie merchandising, coverage of prime time TV shows worldwide, coverage in moviebiz magazines.
