The ad shows two guys who are running, trying to get away from two dogs that are chasing them. They finally jump a fence, which brings them to safety. But as they are players/gamblers they start betting whether the dogs might just be playful. They finally bet 500, and one of the guys jump over the fence back to the dogs.
