In these films, we cast a diverse group of sincere and enthusiastic workout instructors not unlike the ones you would have found in a real 1980s US midwestern church group. They’re not playing into the over-the-top trope of ’80s workout instructors; they are simply ’80s workout instructors. They’re earnestly–without any hint of being in on the joke–trying to educate and train people for the physically trying task of shaving your vag. The group provides a workout routine for viewers at home by demonstrating a variety of different moves that build stability, flexibility, and strength to get you in peak hooha-shaving shape.
