To launch the New Astra in style, a new online advertising format was created. Click Red offers the option to access, from a banner, a high quality interactive flash experience on a scale possible before only on a site. A departure from intrusive formats like overlays and takeovers, it enables a much richer and deeper exploration into product features, offering registration and test-drive booking straight from the banner. Activated on user demand, it is an important step towards less intrusive and more effective online advertising, positioning the Vauxhall brand and the New Astra at the edge of digital communication.
