Description
To introduce Videoload, the Video-on-Demand-Service from Deutsche Telekom and reduce the inhibition threshold of German internet users, to borrow Films online.
Execution
Creative Strategy: We show that Videoload is better than any video rental store. Themed “never again…” the very popular German Comedian Bastian Pastewka finds himself in very unpleasant situations in a video rental store within the series of TV-Spots. This video rental store was used 4 weeks previously as location for a viral campaign. The viral films, TV spots, print and versatile online actions provided high attention and great entertainment.
Outcome
2 weeks after campaign-start:Over 125,000 Views of the virals.234% increase of Page-Impressions on videoload.de.333% more registered new customers.
