Description

Creating a flagship that could redefine the trend offering an innovative space for unique and exclusive experiences to the customers, reinventing Vivo's purchasing experience.

Execution

In an 170 square meters interactiveenvironment in Shopping Morumbi,in São Paulo, digital points of contact offer, in a simple, flexible way, free consultive service and free product and service trial. The place was build with sustainable materials,such as recyclable plastic displays, furniture made of certified wood and LED lights, which use less energy and last more.

Outcome

The project strengthened the brand concern with sustainability, reinforcing the concept of consultive service and easing the process of enhancing merchandising campaign.
