As MullenLowe Istanbul, we were looking for “meticulous” copywriters who paid attention to the little details to join our team. We wanted to find a creative way to reach them.
We targeted copywriters to join our team, from their world rather than ordinary career sites. Thereby, standing out from the other job advertisements on the internet.
We placed our job ads using advertising clichés at the end of the demo voice overs on Melodika's website and caught only the attention of “meticulous” copywriters who listened to the soundfile through to the end. Allowing us to find our new teammate in their own world.
