OVERVIEW

Description

Art Directors spend countless hours on stock photo sites looking for the right picture for their presentation. We used that as an opportunity. We partnered with Dreamstime Stock photo, and turned their watermark into our recruitment ad.

Execution

We integrated our recruitment ad in Dreamstime’s photos. When a person rolled over a picture on the site, instead of seeing an augmented version of the picture with Dreamstime’s watermark, the picture would be covered with our recruitment ad instead. We designed it respecting the layout of Dreamstime’s original watermark so ours could be integrated perfectly on the site.

Outcome

Thanks to the campaign we received portfolios from the US, Brazil, Argentina, England, France, and many other countries. The media quickly praised our watermark idea, and we were even contacted by recruiting magazines that wrote articles about this new form of finding staff. Most importantly, we found Katka, who became the latest Art Director of our team.
