Internet development agencies come in two flavours. There are "look and feel" agencies, which specialise in graphics. There are "nuts and bolts" agencies, which concentrate on system design. But between the animated icons and wow-gee of the one school, and the flow diagrams and databases of the other is a void called "content". Content is the stuff that most agencies leave for last, borrow from the client or regurgitate from printed brochures. But content is the reason the Internet exists. And it's the reason BIG exists - our core skill is the production of high-quality written or pictorial material tailored for websites.
