Execution

Golf balls were scattered well away from courses in up-market living environments (golf is an elitist sport in Switzerland), where they’d be found by the target group: in gardens, on walkways in front of homes, in convertibles or boats. We made the ball into a flyer with a printed message on it that spoke of the unique power of the club. The message to the surprised discoverers was: “My owner’s got a Wilson Staff Dd6 Distance Driver.”

Outcome

The balls were talked about a great deal in golf circles, and the Dd6 club became a prime topic of conversation. The late fall ball-scattering ensured that the club made the Christmas lists of many golfers.
