Awareness about breast cancer is pitifully low. Far from being helpless victims languishing in bed, breast cancer patients are actually fighting back and even winning the deadly duel against the disease.The Women's Cancer Initiative at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, is a foundation committed to helping such women. It does so through fundraising events and awareness campaigns.This spot aims to increase awareness about breast cancer by highlighting the plight of those who fight it. Using the marathon as a metaphor it echoes the anguish, determination and ultimate triumph of the patient, and ends with an earnest appeal for help.
