We found 20 year veteran taxi driver Mr. Nusret and helped him to de-stress while inspiring others to chew Falim more often.
Before we made our taxis available for service, we created buzz with viral video showing Mr. Nusret trying unsuccessfully. Only Falim could help him! People quickly spoke of their desire to travel in stress-free taxis. We installed free Wi-Fi, relaxing music, fragrances and offered Falim to stressed passengers. We updated taxi locations via Falim Facebook and Twitter while video content was on YouTube. People shared tales of their Falim Stress-Free taxi experiences to their social networks!
Outcome
Stress-free taxis earned Falim so many new fans both on and offline! Our Facebook page saw a 6.84% increase in likes, while 3,219,029 people were reached by the content. Mr. Nusret’s video was viewed 173,298 times. And on Twitter, we achieved a growth rate of 49.13% in followers. On YouTube, the campaign video was watched almost 1 million times (948,940).
Such success also equated to sales. While stress-free taxis were on duty, volume share of Falim increased to highest ever 32% making it the market leader during the campaign period.
