Activity started with an 8 page fold out section – demonstrating (literally) the enormity of the promotion. Subsequent issues focused on the real life events / the Xbox games – building to our goal of the ultimate men’s magazine feature: racing real fast cars, battling fake monsters, FBI shootouts, bikini clad girls and a mad Mexican party on a whirlwind world trip…Delivering substantial detail in a highly appealing and relevant manner – ideal for magazines.
Outcome
Multi-market deal delivered substantial client economies and made activity viable.
Over 52,000 entries AND 3,500 hours of consumer interaction recorded on the competition microsite so far.
Full results tbc, but featured games broke sales records and “preference for Xbox 360 platform” rose by 23% after the first month!
