Everything happened inside MySpace, and the first step was to make the bands subscribe their own profiles together with one song on the XPressBands page. After that we asked the bands to invite other friends to vote on them. The Top 6 most voted bands won an Extreme Makeover to learn with some specialists how to behave as real rock stars. All the makeover was registered by cameras, and the audience could watch it just as if it was an online reality show.

Outcome

• 2.103 bands subscribed; • 5 million pageviews; • 1,06 million unique visitors; • 11,5 minutes of average time spent on the website; • 4300 friends on MySpace; • 800 spontaneous posts
