In a world of many confusing online music services, Ogilvy’s job was to show how Yahoo! Music Radio is a true revolution in online music, and how the service is a superior experience and a superior value for its users.
Key messages were innovation and novelty. The positioning was "The ideal radio station that plays music only, and only music you enjoy. No DJ’s no commercials, no junk. It’s free and easy to use."
