In November 2011, YAMAHA CORPORATION of Hamamatsu Japan, approached us with a new project they were hoping to launch - the MG-Premium + iPhone App. The MG-Premium is a sound-mixing hardware that YAMAHA developed - but they did not know how to develop the mobile App that would take further control of the machine they made. So we gave them the best creative solution possible.

The MG-Premium Editor is a truly innovative App that transforms the traditional notion of a sound-mixer being "complicated and for professionals," into "an easy and fun experience for all." By running the YAMAHA MG-Premium Editor App on your iPhone/iPod devices, you will be able to control sound simply and easily, with a beautiful visual interface that makes the entire experience enjoyable. Perhaps the best aspect of the App is the visual aesthetics of the interface. With the intuitive display, users immediately know where to touch, how to control, and what effects will be performed on the sound output. It is simply a joy to be able to have control over your music right on your iOS devices.The execution of the design is successful, for it not only strengthens the ability of the hardware, but also responds to the ever-growing demand for digital connection with such devices. By using the experience we had accumulated from designing various iPhone Apps, we were able to create a beautiful user experience accompanying a great piece of hardware for YAMAHA CORPORATION.
