We built a totem that synced with people’s phones through a mobile site and as they snapped selfies it would automatically and randomly add Porta dos Fundo’s characters in the background of the photos, creating a picture that mashed the fans and idols in the same frame.
Outcome
We had more than nine thousand people connecting their smartphones to the totem, on the main avenue in Sao Paulo, and then posting the selfies to their followers on social networks.
