Album Cover
We open on a music studio. We see the three band members killing time. One of them is on his phone looking at a photo that could be the cover of their album. The other is strumming a little tune on his guitar. And there’s a third one, who no one really cares about, is making a tea.
One of the alpha members of the band turns to the other alpha and says:
Chloe: What do you think?
She shows the phone with a picture of the band.
Will (picking up the phone from Chloe’s hand): ah, that’s cool, what is it?
Chloe: It’s the cover.
Will: The album cover?
Chloe: Yeah. It’s good right?
Will: Yeah, no, I love…I love that.
Chloe: Oh, good.
Will: Maybe… just… if I can give one tiny, little note… maybe
He taps edit and makes the photo into portrait.
He looks at it for a bit then taps on his face making him the focus of the photo.
Chloe: Ok. Oh.
He gives the device back to Chloe.
Chloe: Mm-hmmm. Ok.
We watch Chloe shift the focus back to her.
Chloe: Ok, I just feel like…I see you more when I see you less.
She gives the phone with a picture of the band. Will grabs.
Chloe: It’s like. Who is that? You know.. So mysterious…. who is he?
Will looks closer to the phone.
Will: Where is he? Where am I?
Chloe: You’re right there.
Will: Yeah, no, totally, but…I’m, like, really jazzed up about that.
We watch Will shift the focus back to him.
Will: It’s good right?
Chloe grabs the phone and says: It’s something.
She quickly taps on her portrait face again.
Chloe: I just really feel like it should be this one.
Will now takes the phone. He keeps looking at the photo for quite a while. Thinking.
She taps on his face again.
Chloe: I mean, the album is about my breakup, so…
Will: With me?
Chloe: Yeah, I know.
Chloe grabs the phone once more.
Chloe: Shall we ask Bryan? Hey Bryan, what do you think?
Will: For the Album Cover.
Bryan, the third member of the band who no one bothered to invite, joins them.
He looks at the photo. He is at the far end of the picture. Completely out of focus. Without hesitation he taps on his face shifting the focus to himself.
He nods: Yeah, I like that. Feels iconic.
Bryan takes a sit next to them.
We see the Chloe and Will looking unimpressed at what Brian did.
Chloe realizing that calling Bryan backfired, tries to start the discussion again.
Chloe: We could do that, we could also just do that
She taps on the picture. We know this will keep going for a long time.
Super: Turn your photos into portraits
