After social distancing, keeping our distance, home office and exit restrictions, the time had finally come again in the summer of 2021: we could once again take a vacation without borders. McDonald's took advantage the anticipation of the Austrians for the most beautiful places the most beautiful places beyond the home country for a holiday-ready message.

Idea:

Vacation starts with planning - and that means: Where to go? To southern Italy? To the Greek islands? To the sea in Croatia or to the Middle East? With classic images that Austrians associate with vacations, McDonald's sent people's thoughts on a journey. And wished vacation greetings to everyone in 2021 shortly before the start of the season. To ensure that the brand does not disappear from memory during this time, however, McDonald's reminded people in reminded people of the "Golden Arches" in every theme.
