OVERVIEW

BriefExplanation

This spot is part of a campaign created for the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec. The campaign aims to educate people, be they victims or witnesses, about the reality of elder abuse and encourages them to become informed and report abusive behaviour. It shows instances of physical, psychological and financial abuse while a universal love song – Edith Piaf’s "La vie en rose" – plays in the background. It’s this juxtaposition of emotions that draws the viewer in and increases interest in the spot.
