Our target was a wider audience that enjoyed Indian cinema, but where unaware of this unique store.

The challenge for our client was to showcase their exhaustive collection of Movie Posters to a wide audience. The medium of email, where every we sent out a poster calendar every day, became effective. As we where able to showcase individual film posters in form of calendar dates.
Execution
Our Idea: Poster Talkies is a first of its kind emailer calendar. Where every calendar date was made from a film poster . The idea combines two of the most important factors of Indian cinema - Film posters and Movie release dates.
The process was tedious, as we had to search through 100 years of Indian cinema. To find movies that had release dates matching the date on the calendar.
But most importantly, with the simple medium we were able to showcase the exhaustive collection of our client 'Poster Stuff'
Outcome
12,000 film posters sent out as emails till date.
30% of them converted into actual sale
40% increase in shop's foot falls
Synopsis
Our client ‘Poster Stuff’ runs an iconic Bollywood store that sells authentic Indian film posters. But even with a collection of ‘5, 00,000’ film posters, their presence was unknown. Our challenge was to a cost effective way to showcase their exhaustive collection to a wide audience.
