BriefExplanation
The Delivery men are considered challenging jobs in South Korea. 200 parcels are assigned to a delivery man daily. A single person household comprises 27.2% of the Korean population. It’s nearly impossible for those customers to receive their parcels during working hours. Therefore, The delivery men spend loads of time finding places to keep customers’ parcels.
In these situations, delivery men and customers use the same words to find places for their parcel. “Sorry, can you keep this parcel?”
With ‘Sorry to Smile’; We installed a 24/7 delivery drop box named ‘Smile Box’ near convenience store. We could eliminate our customers’ worries even though there’s no one to hold their parcel. Furthermore, delivery men don’t need to say sorry for finding safe places for their parcel. We changed customers and delivery men’s lives from ‘Sorry’ to ‘Smile’ by eliminating the inconveniences that arise in the shipping process.
