The digital edition was released with ads that ran on the printed version. Folders and posters announcing the new version were spread around marinas and boat fairs. The digital version can be downloaded at AppStore in Brazil.

Outcome

This system changed the way readers relate to the magazine content, bringing them even closer to the brand and the advertisers.

The download from digital version exceeded expectations, achieving a 15% higher than the printed version.

Strategy

Iate Life magazine is one of the world’s largest and most important sailing and boats publications. With huge distribution among the ones who love the sun, the sea and the wind. Now they’re launching their digital edition. To promote this launch, we incorporated a technology that has everything to do with the spirit of the sea. The same wind that moves sailing boats, has begun to move the magazine that best understands the topic. Now, to turn the pages of Iate Life magazine, all you need to do is to blow.

The edition has been launched at AppStore where readers would be impacted by the new version of the magazine.
