Together with Twitter, we created a direct response bot that allows users who simplify their CV into a tweet to receive offers instantly from our employment database. Easy, simple and direct.
MediaStrategy
#Tweetyourcv (#TuiteoMiCV) uses chatbot technology and connects different api servers in order to analyze data in real time, select best results and answer users with a personalised message. All in only few seconds. How does it work? A job seeker sends a tweet to the Infojobs help account including the #Tweetyourcv hashtag, and a summary of their CV using additional hashtags such as their #city, #profession, #experience, #languages and any other data they want to include.
In an eye blink, our bot picks up the tweet, matches hashtags with infojobs database and tweets back the most suitable personalised offer to every single user.
Outcome
In the first 16 hours of campaign
More than 450 CV-Tweets sent
+200% increase in job offers sign ups
Infojobs help account increased followers by +135%
InfoJobs APP had double downloads than daily average.

Relevancy
In Spain, one of the countries hardest hit by the economic crisis, unemployment and access to the labour market are still major challenges. But the truth is, people only spend 25% of their time looking for work or sending out CV’s and spent most of the time in social media. The objective was to find a new way to connect users to job opportunities without interfering into what they like to do most: tweeting. And do it in an innovative and creative execution that made the Brand stand among other market players.
Strategy
We built a technology made for job seekers and also the whole InfoJobs social community so they could play and hare and engage with the Brand in an innovative way. InfoJobs has a strong advisory service perception, and in order to stand out among other market players we approached users with a playful but also useful tool. #Tweetyourcv or #TuiteoMiCV in spanish was more than a hashtag, it was a tool that for the first time made posible Reading hashtags not only for organise a conversation but give instant responses with valuable data (personalised job offers).
