Campaign Summary

Despite being the most likely to experience mental health issues, Gen Zs and Millennials often mask their struggles instead of understanding their feelings and seeking help. By utilizing SEO and online community collaboration, we bridge the gap between the misunderstood and those seeking clarity by customizing show captions to uncover how they truly feel. We raise awareness on an app built for collaboration and creator personalization—TikTok. Here, they are educated on the toxicity of emotional masking and are given the tools to articulate their struggles openly in a safe space. From there, we amplify on Instagram by creating conversation with our audience. Finally, we give them an avenue to engage through an AI Chatbot on Facebook Messenger, where they can seek support in navigating difficult conversations with those in need, or for self-reflection.

Creative Insight

Social media has become a safe space for Gen Zs and Millenials to be vulnerable about mental health. Through relatable hashtags and sounds, creators are able to share their authentic feelings that they don’t talk about offline. By utilising SEO, we can strategically seed organic content which creators can use as tools not only to identify problematic self-talk, but also to learn how to articulate their struggles and seek the help they need.
