Background

“Rocket Learning” is a platform that helps teachers, parents and caregivers to teach children and help them become ready for school and life. Our task was to help Rocket Learning to build a strong brand identity and instant visual through creating an appealing Logo, tagline, and a mascot to encourage behavior change and appear competent in front of investors.

Describe the creative idea

Children learn through play. If a grown up explains something boringly, the annoying “why” questions won’t stop until the kid gets the answer it truly comprehends. For this spark of comprehension, cause to effect, the initiation to take off - is waiting every parent, teacher, or daycare worker not only in India, but all over the world.

“Rocket Learning”’s mission is about making every kid ready for their life journey through the universe of knowledge. For this unbelievable journey every rocket needs something that starts the engine. A spark. This spark of a first comprehension of the world is essential for children to take off in their lives, to navigate through darkness.

Describe the execution

The spark represents the central element of the new CI for Rocket Learning and can be found throughout the tagline, the logo and the new mascot. The tagline describes the orga-nization's goal of giving children the "rocket" start to a fulfilled life: "The spark to take off". The logo illustrates the claim in a reduced way. This ensures a serious appearance in combi-nation with the primary colors dark blue and gray in front of investors. The color scheme is derived from the colors of the existing CI as well as from the colors of the colorful clothing of the Anganwadi workers.

For communication with parents and children, the new mascot can be customized as nee-ded with hand-drawn facial expressions and gestures.

The font "Space-Grotesk" appears at the same time technical and thus picks up the digital core of the organization, as well as human and friendly.
