Overview
Credits
Write a short summary of what happens in the film.
We gathered all the images we could find of one 12-year-old from her parents social media accounts, and made it into a giant exhibition in one of Norways biggest art galleries.
In the movie we follow the little girl as she for the fist time discovers all the pictures she didn't know existed.
Cultural / Context information for the jury
The film is set to one of Norways most famous art museums, Henie Onstad Art Center. Recognized in Norway to hold some of the country's most famous art pieces and prestigious exhibitions.
Tell the jury about the production design / art direction.
The production design is made to mimic the feeling of finding a picture of yourself online.
Firstly we created a custom software that pulls all the images and displays them in real time, in the same way as a google search or how most of us normally discover pictures online.
At the same time we used translucent fabric to play with the depth of the number of pictures we display. To showcase how pictures online can be shown on infinite screens at once even if it's posted on one site.
In the revelation of the big room we wanted to manifest the scale of how immense it is finding 1300 pictures of one self. By this, allowing the viewer to experience the same overwhelming feeling as the film's protagonist.
