Description

“70 Miles From Shore” is a short film that takes you off the coast of Australia, to the deep and remote waters of the North West Shelf, where offshore installation engineer, Dean Edwards, walks viewers through a natural gas platform. The structure is described with the same warmth and familiarity as one might apply to an old friend. But he is, in fact, revealing his intimate knowledge of “every meter, every gap, every specification” on board the platform - made possible in part by an enormous body of knowledge made available via Watson.
